The 777 or 755 permissions I was referring to are the permissions for the temporary directory that is created when downloading by the use of the redirect link (sorry incorrect term for this, but I'm drawing a blank at the moment and haven't gone to do the "homework" to use the proper term). Those permissions are not applicable to the file(s).

Suggest reviewing the after installation file securement instructions available in the documents for installing ZC and also available in the FAQ section of this site.

The reason I had also made the inquiry about file restoration is that those two files provide a level of security that would not exist if only the folder were recreated. Some (and considering those that might find this in the future) may think that all is necessary is to restore the folder and be done. :)
