Trying to Change Headmenu to have 5 x drop down for a different category

Hi, for my site www.weyhey.co.uk I would like on the header menu to have a separate drop down for each of the top level categories.
I have currently just changed the headermenu.php to display the different settings how I would like it to work (e.g. changed manufacturer to food)

Ideally, I am trying to organise one drop down with title Holidays to have under it cruises, hotels etc next to that would be a title in the menu bar food with categories such as restaurant, café underneath and then a new header menu title Days out etc

I have looked but can't seem to work it out, I assume I need to edit tpl_mega_menu.php

version of Zen Cart: 1.5.4
Brand New install no upgrade
abbington_mega installed
Plugins: abbington_mega, compatible_redirects
Install Zen Cart via one-click install

Any help greatly appreciated

Yes had a good delve through that forum before posting here, but couldn't find anything, will post the query there as well as wasn't sure if that was the right place
