main_page=_info problem with a single item

Hello. I was hoping someone might have an answer or some suggestions. One single item that I have (or at least only one that I know of) is causing a problem. I can search for it and find it with no problems, however on the search results page, instead of "main_page=product_info" it creates the link as "main_page=_info" and as such, when clicking it you get a page not found error. Also, when I manually input the link with the correct main_page value it has all the info there, but it formats the layout of the product info/add to cart portion all funky and does not show any of the product stock info. I also have the same issue in my admin site when searching in the categories. It messes up the page name which should be "product.php" and formats the link as ".php" instead. It's almost as if it's simply removing the word "product" from everything for this one item. For reference, here are some links:

OOOPS...I figured it out. Somehow I managed to set the products_type to 0. Not sure how, but I'll figure that out.
