Manufacturers Insert Error

When I click on insert to add a Manufacturer I get this error 'WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.'

Ah now that I do not know. I never kept a list. Also I do not know when it all went wrong.

Well spotted. I should have seen that one. I will search all my unpacked plugins and find that file. Thanks
