Related to product category arrangement

In my website I have some categories like cloths category ,tools ,electronics so on...
I need add one category that is called Sold Out(Out Of Stock)Category and how to relate all changes which are below.
--->Out Of Stock Product still visible with Out Of Stock notification
--->Out Of Stock items in a category listing should be listed in end
--->Search option should include/Exclude Out Of Stock items.
--->ReAdd button on every previous ordered item to again add items.
Please do help its very urgent.Thanks

You can create this category
But you will have to manually move out of stock items to it
Not positive what you are seeking on your last 2 items
