Inconsistant Add to Cart results in Whoops, session timeout

Hi,

I am running this site www.printerink.ninja, and 1 times out of 4 if you open a direct link to a product listing page and click the add to cart button then you get "whoops" and a session timeout. If it works ok the first time then you can carry on without issue. If it doesn't work straight away if you click back and try again it still wont work.

The site is runnning 1.5.4 and php 5.3.3.

The product_listing.php module has a couple of modifications but nothing that affects the form security token in anyway. As I say I can test this several times in the same browser, clicking the same product and it will add to cart perfectly, close the browser and try again. But every now and then I just get whoops.

I was able to recreate the "Whoops" by navigating to http://printerink.ninja/index.php?ma...ndex&cPath=488 (note the lack of www.) and clicking one of the add-to-cart buttons.

Have you changed any of the Configuration->Sessions settings from their default?
