Default Basic Blue Responsive Template problems

I tried installing the Basic Blue Responsive Template and I don't what I did wrong. I followed all the steps to install and nothing is showing under the author name when template is selected in admin panel. Also the site has no images or basically anything here is a link to the test site.

If the template is showing up in Template Selection, you have uploaded the template_info.php file to the right place, but I'd guess the rest of the files aren't where they need to be. Did you just drag and drop the 'includes' folder from the template to the root of your store?

What you're seeing in your test site is the default template (not Classic).

I ftped the includes to the root as instructed in the read me file. When I go to the template selection and select the new theme it updates but under the edit there is no author or anything named.

Your site looks likes you might have gone backwards since you posted? Are you still looking for help? Can u put it back to the classic template and does it look correct still?

If it does, start at the beginning and reload the template files. Make sure you aren't getting timeouts and that all files are uploaded.

The classic works, I think it has something to do with the https. I added the https to config file with the proper directory /zen and now looks like the images aren't coming through. This happened on another template called blue Responsive Sheffield Blue an I thought it was something with that template.

Do you mind putting changing the template back to classic so we can see your site? Could you also answer some of the above and post your configure.php files, removing all private parts.
