    Default Building a Plugin

    I have found something that I think other Zencart users would like, however, there is currently no plugin for it, therefore I would like to build it, but have no idea where to start. Can someone give me a few pointers?

    Without more information about what you want to contribute, it is hard to help you build your plugin

    There are actually two plugins I want to have a go at;

    1. from a website getclef.

    2. this gives the customer the chance to unhide their password so that they can see if they have made any mistakes. I already have the coding for this one but do not know where to put it so that it works.

    As far as I can workout, plus a couple of emails, you can setup a basic account for free.

    Does their licensing terms fit with the zencart plugin requirements?

    Did you know that current versions of zc allows for the use of third party 2fa mechanism (section 10.5 implementation guide), so part of that wheel is already in place awaiting integration.

    Now that I do not know. I will have a read of the aforementioned regs, when I can find them, ask them and then get back.

    Not trying to rain on your parade but didn't want you to go to put a lot of effort into a useful plugin to find that a different set of hoops existed.
