1&1 and SSL Enable

I did find a 'help' file on this site that gave info on how to set up the shopping cart with 1&1, but, as you can guess, I cannot find it. Does anybody know where it is please?

The process of setting up a site on 1&1 is the same as other hosts, but the location of the tools (like phpMyAdmin) is different from a standard cPanel. Do you have specific questions?

I am having a nightmare. I have done everything 1&1 show but I am getting two different results. No pictures and no format or HTTPS:// error.

I don't see anything in the FAQ or tutorials. Is there something about 1&1 that makes Zencart installation different from other hosts?
