Hi there

I have just uploaded a fresh copy of Zencart to my hosting space.

The installation was good and i had no issues.

When i goto my domain name the shopping cart is there with no errors.

However, if i then goto my admin i get a blank screen.

I have searched online for similar issues and checked the following :

Checked to see if the files were all uploaded correctly.... they were

checked the path to the Admin directory ... and thats fine.

Checked my HTaccess file - thats fine

The permissions are set as required for this installation.


So, i am really stuck now and not really sure what else i can try ??

can anyone help or has anyone come across this situation before.....??



I forgot to mention - the hosting package that i have is capable of running zencart with no issues.

the reason why i reinstalled a fresh version of zencart was that i wanted to start a new site so i removed the previous installation of zencart - so i know that zencart works fine...
