Won't show shipping rates for certain zip code

Hi,

I got an email from a customer who said she can't see any shipping rates for her zip code, 32754. I have the USPS module installed.

So I tried it and got the same results; nothing shows in the shipping estimate for 32754 but it does for other zips, like 01701.

I noticed there's a new USPS shipping module, so I installed it, but it did not fix the problem.

I turned on debugging and wrote to a log. This is the error I see:

What exactly does this mean? Is there a way to fix this so that 32754 works?

There are some USPS services that are not available for purchase if the shipto zipcode is within zones 1-4

Have you tried enabling additional USPS rate classes to see if the error goes away? You didn't indicate which classes you are currently desiring to offer.

Saying that Mims, FL has been discontinued? USPS shows that zipcode to that location.

Ladt night, I used the USPS get shipping estimate tool and received invalid zip code. But this morning the same tool works. So either a usps burp or a linda fart, go figure. Sorry.
