Well I used to know how to remove this from the header and I for got where it was:
Your logo could be wider here, Sales Header Text Could Be here, Or a Banner Image, or any combination of the three; find instructions in the readme.txt, which you have read already, right?

Far as I know, that text doesn't appear in a stock Zencart header, so it may be something added by your template.
