Adding a handling charge to Free Shipping option.

We have a $7 handling charge that is added to all orders with the exception of downloads. It adds automatically to UPS and USPS rates just fine. However, it does NOT add into the Free Shipping Options. I have configured that module as thus:

Total >=
Free Shipping when Total >=100.00


Total <=
Free Shipping when Total <=5000.00

I have tested leaving the <= field blank as well. I can't seem to get the handling fee to show up during the checkout process .
Please help.

Be aware that BLANK settings will not trigger anything for Free Shipping Options freeoptions you would need to set something to at least 0.00 ...

On the $7.00 charge are you adding that as the Handling Fee on Free Shipping Options freeoptions module?
