Are you trying to install UPS XML upsxml or are you trying to install UPS ups shipping module?

Only the UPS XML shipping module has an insurance setting ...

What do you see when you go to Shipping ... Modules ... do you see all of the modules?

If not, ensure you do not have extra files or renamed files in the:
/includes/modules/shipping

Also, if you do not see all of the shipping modules, check if you have any debug logs in the /logs directory (/cache in older versions of Zen Cart)

i see all shipping modules when i go to admin, i have been to php my admin deleted all instances MODULE_SHIPPING_UPS_XXXX from Configuration, deleted the files in includes and every time i try to upload and install that UPSXML it is the same one i just deleted, scratching my head, Could ther be a delay (Took a 20 min break from computer came back and tried to test an estimate and got an error about ups not being found in class? I reverted back real quick but will try again.

You might try reloading all of the files from the zip file UPSXML_v1.5.zip again ...

It sounds like maybe the files are not loading in the right place ...

The files in the directory:
/includes

get copied on your /includes

and the files in:
/admin

get copied to your /your_secret_admin directory ...

Then, look in Modules ... Shipping ... and see if you see the line that read UPS XML upsxml ... this is the shipping modules that you should be installing ...

i have deleted the old ups uploaded new upsxml, go to admin only see ups? (i deleted this, should not be here)

something is not making it show in shipping modules

i might have something, on the the bottom of screen it has module directory and it pointing to my main site but not this site, is there something in my admin config to cause this?

Let's take a moment to check things out ...

If you go to Modules ... Shipping ... underneath all of the shipping modules do you see a line like:

Module Directory: /home/yourusername/public_html/yourstoredirectory/includes/modules/shipping/

Do you see a line on the list of shipping modules that reads:

UPS XML (bunch of space) upsxml

On the Shipping modules, do you have red, green or yellow dots?

On the ones that are not red dots, do you have Sort Orders greater than 0 on any of them?

If you look in your /logs directory, do you see and debug logs? If so, could you post the most recent logs content?

If you look at the directory:
/includes/modules/shipping

do all of the files have "code" in them?

If you look at the directory:
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping

do all of the files have "language" defines in them and NOT the "code"?
