Just upgraded from (much) older version (1.3.5~). Used PayPal Express and PayPal Direct in the past and present...but getting some duplicate orders now (and not in the past).
Duplicate orders have been coming in from two out of six orders (not counting duplicates).
Each duplicate has a unique invoice number
All orders (duplicates and non-duplicates) have used a coupon code - same code
The duplicate orders charge the full price for one of the orders and the discounted price for the next - (actually one of the two orders was a triplicate 2 full price and 1 discounted/correct price)
Highly unlikely that it is a double click issue - on of the duplicates is from a long time customer that knows not to do that - other customer not sure.
I've been comparing the six orders to see if there is a pattern - no pattern other than the duplicates have only been on PayPal Direct (on site checkout) and not PayPal Express (PayPal checkout) BUT there was a no-duplicate order also placed with PayPal Direct.
Anyway, I don't expect anyone to solve this problem here on the forum - just looking for suggestions on things to look at (like comparing the payment methods, etc. like I'm doing). I set Log Level to Debug in the PayPal Direct settings (assume this is a good idea?).
