I have this message displaying at the top of my site

ZC 1.5.4

I was busy making changes as recommended by Google PageSpeed insights, and made some changes. I saved all the original files on desktop.

One by one I made changes, and tested the site. Only noticed that message right at the end.

I then restored all the original files unchanged except one. On the html_header.php file, I changed this at line 47/8:

Look in your template's /common/html_header.php file. It appears that that text is being echoed prior to the <doctype>.
