Group Pricing Discount and Discount Coupons show on checkout, paypal/eway charge full

I changed the order of Sub-Total and Total, which changes the order on the check out page:




but the result on the paypal payment page always remains the same, without discount:


I haven't changed the order of the other modules. I am not using any tax.
