Store Gone Loopy! Shows Up With No Theme, Only Basic HTML

I have not touched ZenCart in two days. Last time I was working on it, it was fine, normal. I come back to it today and this is what I see:



I have the Carlisle Fresh theme installed, but I don't think it is a theme problem because I re-uploaded the theme files and that didn't fix the problem.

Oh, and also, it won't let me login to the admin side. It won't even bring up the admin login page even when I go to that URL specifically!

Ok so they wouldn't change the httpd.config file cause I am on a shared server. The contents of the .htaccess is below:

# Use PHP5.4 as default
AddHandler application/x-httpd-php54 .php

Didn't notice any change when I renamed the .htaccess file to 1.htaccess.
