Store Gone Loopy! Shows Up With No Theme, Only Basic HTML

I have not touched ZenCart in two days. Last time I was working on it, it was fine, normal. I come back to it today and this is what I see:



I have the Carlisle Fresh theme installed, but I don't think it is a theme problem because I re-uploaded the theme files and that didn't fix the problem.

Oh, and also, it won't let me login to the admin side. It won't even bring up the admin login page even when I go to that URL specifically!

Help!!!
