The additional images are constrained by the wrapping div class="productInfoLeft span5 centeredContent" which only uses 40.1709% of the available width of the row. You would have to rewrite the product info template to move the additional images outside of that div, probably stuffed between the close of the productInfoWrapper and the opening of the productInfoTabs
