Sometimes uploads burp and files get messed up. I'd try uploading the files again, maybe just trying the ones in / includes/templates/template name/common.
My computer is off right now so I hope I'm getting the path name correct.

Ps: if you reset it back to the default template does it load?
Ps. Any error files in your log directory
