Hi, I cannot get my error page to show. It diverts everyting to the home / index page. Doesn't matter what is set in the admin panel. How do I get it to show the 404 page again?

Have an .htaccess in your stores root? Does it have a redirect for a 404? (If it exists, posting contents may help best between [noparse][code] and [/code][/nooparse] tags generated by clicking the # button in the message reply box toolbar.

Have you cleared the contents of your browser cache (301 redirects are often cached)?

What is the current setting of "Configuration" -> "My Store" -> "Missing Page Check"?

What are the entire contents of the .htaccess file (if present) in the store root folder (wrap with code tags)?

What plugins/addons have been installed?

What other modifications have been made to the store?

What are the contents of any recent Zen Cart debug logs?

What is the URL we can use to see the behavior?
