Contact-Us emails not arriving

Hai,

I have a e-mail problem, i have read lots of items concerning this problem
but still no solution, i have attached a picture of the options asthey are set
at the moment (email-settings.JPG)

The mails send by change password are OK!
New order mails are OK!
confirmation order is OK!
Low stock e-mails are OK!
New account e-mail is OK!

The ones that do not arrive are from the contact - us page !

Anyone with an answer ? many thanks in advange !

Your contact-us emails are not arriving because you've put them in the wrong format.

Click on the line for Contact-Us Pulldown, and click Edit. In the help text above the box where you type, you'll see instructions on the correct format:

"Department" <[email protected]>, "Department2", <[email protected]>

That does it! concerning the contact us mails.

welcome mail for a new customer creating a new account

You have these set to be delivered to [email protected]
If they are not, enable "email archiving active" and maybe install this plugin to allow you to see them in your admin

If they are being generated, then ZenCarts responsibility ends and you need to determine what is preventing them from being passed to your MTA(mail transport agent) for delivery
You might also try setting your method to SMTP or SMTPAuth - and entering the details for it

I do recieve them on my e-mail account [email protected] so your right, but wich setting is it
that i have to change

What is the issue if you are receiving them?

@kobra, the problem is that someone is creating a new account and the welcomes mail
goes to [email protected] instead of [email protected].

I have to make my excuses, what i wrote was wrong, it's like this : the first example is OK! as i wrote it, the second
one is different.

It's a mail send from the admin panel to [email protected] but never reached that new customer !

You have set for a copy of many emails to be sent to [email protected]
As you are receiving them and at an email account not associated with your domain then your MTA(mail transport agent) appears to be working

How do you know that your emails to new customer are not being received?

Hai, because i made my wife as a new customer and she didn't recieve the welcome mail ,
same from the admin panel mail system i have send a mail to my wife and she did not recieve that mail.
