Issue with order confirmation emails

Hello!
I haven't officially opened my web shop yet, I'm trying to sort out all the images and text messages etc. I just did a test order and got the confirmation email and it really looks bad! Almost everywhere I get the "technical terms" for the headers instead of for instance "Delivery adress" or "Billing address". I really did believe that these parts are there in the shop from the beginning, without me having to do a lot of changes, but maybe not....

Can you help me out and let me know which file to edit etc?
