Can I create custom client logins w/custom products?

I almost posted this in one of the coding forums, but there doesn't seem to be one specific to questions about features and abilities. If there's a better forum section for this question, please let me know.

My client currently uses zencart on several store websites. They would like me to create for them a secondary website for "elite" customers who spend a ton of money with them. Each elite customer will have their own URL (like customer1.website.com), their own login (the login page appears when they go to their custom URL), and once they're logged in, my client would like their customers to see a re-order form with their most often ordered items already in the basket, with customizable quantities and such.

Does anybody know if zencart has these abilities? ie: Custom client logins, custom client order forms with most commonly ordered items from that customer, etc.? If not, does anybody know where I can find a solution for this?

Why not put those customers into a group, with a group discount? It would be the easiest by far.

That's certainly an option if we just want to give all elite customers the same discount in the same wide open store, but, my client wants each customer to have their own custom login form with their specific most-commonly-ordered items already in their custom cart/form ready to submit when they log in.

I don't know about that old of a version of zen-cart. I only have experience from 1.3.8, and up. In all of those versions, placing the customer into a group does not change their order history, and when they log in, there is full order history. When I log in on mine, I get quick reorder through the order_history sidebox. I don't know if the quick reorder is specific to my template, or not.

We're actually using version 1.5.3. The version listed with the question was a mistake. Oops.
