Need Sales Tax for Store Pickup

I need to be able to charge local sales tax for store pickups regardless of a customers billing address. In Shipping Modules there is a line item under Store Pickup that says:

Tax Basis
On what basis is Shipping Tax calculated. Options are
Shipping - Based on customers Shipping Address
Billing - Based on customers Billing address
Store - Based on Store address if Billing/Shipping Zone equals Store zone


The only two option presented are Shipping and Billing. There is no radio button for "store".

Assuming your taxes on products are set correctly and further assuming you are not charging for store pickup (after all, there are no shipping costs involved) then the following settings should do the trick for you:

Shipping Cost
The shipping cost for all orders using this shipping method.
SET TO 0.00

Tax Class
Use the following tax class on the shipping fee.
SET TO --none--

Tax Basis
On what basis is Shipping Tax calculated. Options are
Shipping - Based on customers Shipping Address
Billing Based on customers Billing address
Store - Based on Store address if Billing/Shipping Zone equals Store zone

on the order that did not work, what address showed up as the shipping address? was it the store address? or one of the customers addresses?

if you enter an order that has the store address as the shipping address (and not using store pickup), does the tax calculate correctly there?
