Error From PayPal payment module

Client called reporting blank pages when attempting to access order to add order comments. She has indicated that until now they've had no issues..

This is what I see in the error log:

I am stumped as to the cause as I compared this module file to the current version and see no differences.. Any hints as to WHAT I should be looking for..

Found the issue before I had a chance to install your module.. Client made a change they shouldn't have made.. (uploaded the v1.5.4 PayPal Express module)..
