Store with Inventory at two location.

Hi,
I need know how to divide inventory in two locations.
Like retail location and warehouse. So Admin can see stock on both locations.
Any idea.

I was initially going to write that this probably won't work if you are using the SBA (Stock by Attributes) module - But then it occurred to me, the SBA module could actually be the solution you are seeking - The 'attribute' in this case being the location of the products.

Whether this will do what you want in practice is another matter - There will be things to consider like, do you want the customers to select the location of the stock when they place an order, or would this need to be something only the admin can do?

There'll probably be other issues/questions raised as you progress - and things could get very complicated very quickly if you are already using the SBA for what it was designed for.

Nonetheless, this could be an option worth investigating.

Ideally actually, at least one completely separate table should be created for this multi-location stock tracking aspect rather than storing a "second" field in the product table... It's a database thing mostly, but think of it as now what if you want to add a third location? Not too much of a stretch to consider. Have a business, already branching out to two locations, when is the third coming?
