Sometimes comes order email over and over again. Why?

Most likely is that your shop is slow and your customer is clicking multiple times
Notice that the order ID is not the same indicating that this is a new transaction

How can I solve this problem? Clicking multiple times but one order mail. Important to me.

You can first enable display page parse times
admin > config > Logging > Display The Page Parse Time > set to true

They should be under 1.0seconds

If you find them slow - look for another host
