mailto forms not working

yes, indeed the forms are nested...very obvious on a view source

also something else that stands out....you have a fair amount of third party content being pulled into that page from multiple flooring manufactures, and adameve...
That last one might wonder someday why there site is being used to feed content to your site....especially being what they sell over there...just sayin

wont except mailto forms on product page.
i am using a tab module, that why it looks nested, all info put on product page.

look at the view source, the html dictates the rules, and the forms are nested...not that they look nested, they are nested.....

below is the breakdown of the product info page, note the product description is inside the form. The tabbed addon sticks its stuff inside the products description, and is controlled by tags within the products description to determine what the tabs are.

look at your view source, lines 1773-1777 and you will see your request a sample form (open and close correctly), now scroll down to line 1873 and you will see the closing form tag for the page...
So, to solve this problem you are going to have to rework the product info template and close the main form before the products description too un-nest them

Another possible problem, is he actually capturing the form data or just sending an email? I don't see where the data would be passed?

Its a mailto form and as put together should work. Its supposed too trigger the customers email client too send the email. The only issue is that it doesn't always work. He also needs to adjust the email address in the action to be his instead of the example email address. Though I suppose getting it too first trigger the email clinet successfully and not add the product to the cart would come first before making sure it was sending to the correct email address.
