Default question about product price manager

I have a question about blank quantity discounts.
    Item price:$100
    discount type percentage
Min Qty 2 Discount Value 10
Min Qty 3 Discount Value 20
Below is the pic in item page.

But I do not like this style. Is it possible to show it this way:

So, to be clear and sure that the presented method iis exactly as desired, and because I do not recall what other information is on screen, 1) is the base price at least presented somewhere? 2) are you sure you don't want the final price also displayed to the admin. (Reducing the need to pull out a calculator and possibly make a mistake?)

To answer the question of if possible, yes. Need to have the base price available for each value/calculation and then identify the percentage off by calculation and dsplay that value, presenting only those differences if the base price is the first price, otherwise show the differences and the base price throughout while cycling through the sales.

Reason for this is if there is actually an increased cost for a smaller amount than the "base price" then when the price changes to match the base price quantity that the cutoff point needs to be displayed also... Otherwise like shown above, the base price takes precendence until the first transition value.

yes, base price should be presented in item page.

this is the item page. there is base price info. It is the price after discount that is shown in the table. I do not like it this way. what I want is to show the percentage of discount in the table.

I do not want to change anything in admin. I just want to change the product info page.

Not sure if this applies, but what about:
Product Info - Show Sales Discount Savings Dollars or Percentage
    Please make any necessary changes

Product Info - Show Sales Discount Savings Dollars or Percentage
Product Info - Show the amount of discount savings display as:
    1= % off 2= $amount off

That is found under configuration->product info...

I thought there mght also be a plugin that extends the capabilites/options...
