I have a product website and have had an order go through on Dec 13th for $570.23, but amount charge customer through paypal was $459.60. Does anyone know why this would happen. I called paypal and they said the $459.60 is the amount that came over from website so for some reason the website transmitted that number but the invoice from the website says $570.23. Can anyone help me with this? I will attach to show my website charge info.
