Is there a override or a customization that will allow the creation of a couple of data elements in order.php that will be written to the Order Products table? In past Zencart versions, PHP code was added to order.php to generate a serial number for downloadable PC software. A small software mod was also made to tpl_checkout_ success to include the generated serial number in an email to the purchaser. I would rather not be adding PHP code if a higher-level alternative is available.
