I have two questions.... I have ton a ton of searching and found so many different possible fixes.

I have been working on cleaning up the HTML errors that Webmaster Tools is showing; Duplicate Tag Titles and Duplicate Tag Descriptions.


1. Duplicate Tag Title Errors: It seems Gift Certificate FAQ and the corresponding pages inside the main Gift Certificate FAQ page are giving the duplicate tag title error. Here is a link to the page - http://www.cpsauthority.com/index.php?main_page=gv_faq. The first thing I did was went into admin->modules->order total and removed the Gift Certificates since I have no plans on offering them. Since these pages have been indexed, I was thinking using the NO FOLLOW, NO INDEX rule? If yes, where is the php file located so that I could insert this? If not, what would be the recommendation?

2. Duplicate Meta Descriptions: This seems to be the biggest problem I am having. It seems that a product page and its product review page is using the same meta tags. How would I correct this? If any additional info is needed please let me know. I'm about to pull my hair out, lol.
