free shipping and table rate and USPS quote both displaying

Hi

I am trying to configure shipping prices with 3 modules:
free shipping options
table rate
USPS

It should behave like this:
fixed rates for USA (table rate)
actual cost for international (USPS)
free shipping for all orders greater than x amount and x items

In the cart it reports $0 for shipping, but on delivery information page both the free shipping, and the other option are displayed.
In the case of US address the free shipping is selected and the table rate is displayed as an option
In the case of outside US address the free shipping is selected and USPS shipping displayed as an option - though I think in one of the tests it seemed inverse.

Not a big issue, but it would be desirable to have only free shipping = 0 displayed.

On the Free Shipping, is the Free Shipping based on the Order Total?

It's both total amount greater than, and total items greater than, no zone specified (--none--).

I am sorry I mistakenly refered to free shipping, as I am using "free shipping options"

What are your settings in Free Shipping Options freeoptions that you see on the right hand panel when you click once on the Free Shipping Options freeoptions shipping module?

So you need the two requirements of:
Total >= 190.00
Item Count >= 5

Or can you get away with >= 190.00?

The reason I ask is that if just the Total >= 190.00 this can be done without code changes for the Item count as well, other wise it becomes a bit more complicated to customize the code for this on the Shipping modules ...
