How do I get this to work?

My favicon.ico file is in the root directory, the cart directory, and the old favicon,ico file has been renamed as an oem file.

Yes, I bookmarked the site ... have also did a ctrl-F5 for a force page load, and the old favicon still shows. What am I missing here?

Loading the page http://www.thedumbdog.com/favicon.ico is correct, but Zen shows otherwise ( a pretty ZC favicon )

I am seeing your new favicon
It can take a while on your access point
Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
Or exiting it and reloading it(browser)
