Did any body have knowledge to do mySQL Local and online data synchronization or replication.
I tried workbench but unable to do.
I am unable to make any change in my.ini of online database.

To focus the assistance needed to resolve your issue, it would be benefical to identify more about what is meant by "unable to do" and what assistance is needed. There are plenty that have been able to properly setup their host account and local (not on network) account to communicate/modify the database data. While each such setup comes with it's own issues, knowing more about the situation only helps and it is always best to provide as much as possible up front rather than having to be asked for it.

Why do you want to synchronize them...as opposed to downloading a copy of the db and importing it to the local copy when you need to test db-related things?

Then any Idea, how replicate everyday changes in Local DB to online DB. Import Export will change whole database.
Can I make a local log of all changes done in local DB and post them to online DB.
