Inactive Customer on Who's Online!

I have my settings at:

Inactive is Last Click >= 180s || Inactive since arrival > 540s will be removed

But my Inactive Since Arrival is at 540s is to long. How can can I change that to 60s?

I also had a Customer been in active for 20 minutes on the last click. I thought if this customer left the website and the customer should be removed in 9 minutes according to Who's Online in the Admin area.

That's only 9minutes, which I don't think is particularly too long. The customer may be middway through shopping and got distracted by a phone call or someone at the door.

They could even be looking at several sites to compare prices, etc (with an open window to your store, perhaps even with products in thier cart - A premature disconnect because you think they should complete the transaction in <9mins could cause a loss of sales).

How can can I change that to 60s?

You'll need to edit the whos_online.php file.

Active or inactive? If active as stated then no, it won't be removed - it should only do this after 9mins of inactivity.

Ok, I got it figured out. One thing. On Who's Online in the admin when a customer is a product page I see this link for an example:

index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=27_28&products_id=26

It's this product "IRIS BLUEBERRY SPA SET" how can I tell which product they are looking at instead using the product id?

Only one way - more edits to the whos_online.php file.

Please don't ask me for specifics - Depending on your knowledge of ZenCart, PHP and MySQL this could be either an easy to moderate task - or a task that you would probably be best contracting out to someone with those skills.

It *isn't* just a matter of adding or changing a line or two of code, and if you are *really* interested on what the customer is looking at you can simply click on the link(s).

IMO, what you are proposing is probably going to be more work than it is worth.

You may have other ideas.
