Shipping address being changed to channel islands

I am not sure where to start with this one, so my apologies if this is in the wrong section I think this is a bug with the paypal express. I am using ZC 1.5.4. with the tableau template and FEC. Payments is paypal express and shipping is CEon - advanced shipper.

I have noticed that my customers shipping address is changing to the country being the channel island and this is changing their carriage that they pay. I am not sure if they are changing the country or if this is happening as they check out via paypal as I cannot reproduce it using my won paypal account. But customers addresses end up with the country being the channel islands.

I have spoken with Pay pal and looked at my paypal log files.

There is an error occurring somewhere on handing back. The paypal detail seems to be correct at paypal but the log file shows an error. I think this is causing the problem of only one line in the order and may also be the cause of the error with the address.

The hand back is being handled by the ipn_main_handler.php as you will know: My log gives me

Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.

I do not know why this is happening. Or what happens with the communication with the return file and this part of zencart. can someone help to resolve?

For each PayPal transaction, there are a couple of logs generated. Some of them start with ipn_ and the other, possibly more interesting, ones start with PayPal_CURL_ and paypalwpp_.

As there's a bunch of customer-specific information that might need to be stripped, how about you zip-up a collection of log files for a single, failed transaction and send them to me via PM?
