It looks as if the file is not associated with the applicable attribute: jpg, should have a jpg file, ftp should have some form of ftp file... Currently there is a "fourth" attribute that has a file and the file is unrelated to any of the other options.
While it may be difficult at this point to remove what is currently the fiirst attribute (seem to remember something about that "type" of attribute not getting a delete button as can be seen in the image), you would want to edit the jpg file line and then at the bottom add the filename to the download file for that attribute. Repeat for ftp (if there is an ftp filetype otherwise I can't say I understand your process of allowing a customer to ftp to somewhere and to control their access.)
