My admin says I can't install this payment module without SSL

I am attempting an upgrade from 1.3.9h to 1.5.4 on a test store.

The only issue I have so far is that I cannot install the linkpoint payment module. It tells me I must have my Admin configured to SSL before install.

I have SSL enabled on my site and it goes to https when I log into the admin page. However the https disappears when I access the payment modules page.

I have also uploaded the PEM file. Not sure what could be the issue?

Payments work on the live site (Same server).

After posting I realize that I needed to add HTTPS to all 4 areas of the admin configure.php file.

After posting I realize that I needed to add HTTPS to all 4 areas of the admin configure.php file.

Not all four are needed to be https://, just the first two and the last one.
