    One more thing

I have been able to change the false/true settings by going to myphpmyadmin db into _configuration (by editing and changing manually false by true).

At some point, you have modified the database to provide a call_back_function for different items in the configuration table and expected them to search for the functions: green374_cfg_get_zone_name, green374_get_country_name, and green374_cfg_select_option. This could have been a manual SQL patch, this could have been a plugin that no longer is installed, or during modification through phpmyadmin... Regardless, when making a selection to work with each of the "problem" entries, an attempt is being made to obtain results from those functions and the code is unable to find it therefore, error logs, etc... occur.

    Hi MC

Thanks a lot for your answer.
I've realized that I made a few mistakes while upgrading but I figured it out or was lucky !!!!
    Cheers

Your db data is dirty mate. I've created and resolved these problems with the various databases I've upgraded. Just need to find the culprit.

Sometimes it's the new db was not 'upgraded' correctly. Other times it's the admin files that aren't actually 1.54 due to upload software or leftover files.
