Surpass Hosting tells me our site's CPU usage is too high

Not sure how to go about fixing this issue our host is complaining about with our sites generating high usage which is "abusive" by their guidelines. The host is Surpass Hosting. We are on a shared server. There are two sites which appear to be contributing www.navigatorschoice.com (zen cart 1.5.4) and www.scubastevesmarine.com (zen cart 1.5.1). I use templates on the sites from picaflor-azul. I really don't know what details are needed or where to start to resolve this issue. Any guidance and assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
