So okay, sorry I referenced the wrong shipping module, sorry about that. Similar principles still apply.

So the question about the additional plugin was not necessarily about the shipping module but this "wholesale" feature. Basic ZC does not offer a "wholesale" option. But there is/are plugins that add that functionality to the code... Further based on the "capability" of that plugin, it may/may not be possible to modify settings in the admin to accomplish the desired goal. This more than likely will require editing the code (ftp related software needed). If the "owner" won't give access to the server, maybe they can provide a copy of the files or copy the files to a location that they will offer/trust to allow ediiting.
