Getting 404 error with 1.55 in a sub-Directory. URL rewriting.

I have an existing 1.54 store in the domain root. I am trying to install 1.55 As a test store. When I go to mydomain.com/storetest/zc_install I get a 404 Error and the 404 error page on the root store comes up.

Any hints what could be the difficulty? If you need any additional information let me know.

Your URL-rewrite rules in the .htaccess of your parent store are intercepting the URLs for your subdirectory.

Thank You DrByte. Added the sub Directory in the URL-rewrite rules .htaccess file and that did the trick.

Now I have another problem. The admin works fine but when I try to go to the store I get a 500 server error. "The religious-shop.com page isn’t working religious-shop.com is currently unable to handle this request.

You're missing the ZC155 change to /includes/functions/functions_lookups.php.
