Default Adding 425 new products to my store offline

Okay i have looked around and found nothing real clear for me at least. i have 425 plus products i want to put on my site. i would like to do this off line. meaning not use the internet ( i have satellite ) i can upload early in the mornings. what i want to do is add the product and all that goes with it. is there a way to make a list of 425 plus products with picture name. then upload all the pictures....I use the same folder for all. just because i only use 1 pic per item. then upload the list of items with everything just like i would go through admin section and add product

Check for the most recent version of the EZ Populate plugin.

I think the easy populate plugin does what you need:

EasyPopulate is a plugin that lets you upload a .xls file to your server and import/export product details from/to it. Definitely better than replacing entire tables.

Not without wiping out other data that's stored in those tables and updated in real time by visitor traffic.
If you were ultra tech-savvy you could export just the "new" records, and use those as "adds", but there are multiple tables involved, and that's extremely tedious. And then you're going to say you want to change existing products, which means you're back to complicated merging of just certain fields. EasyPopulate insulates you against all that.
