Unable to add products

I searched, but did not find this problem anywhere. I did see references to similar problems where an error was given, however I see no error messages, it just fails.

I have set up categories (I.E. pens) successfully. If I go to a category and click new product, I am presented with the page to fill in the details. This page has two buttons - preview and cancel. After filling in all the details, I click preview. After a few moments, I am kicked back to the main admin page as though I clicked the 'Admin Home' navigation link.

To rule out a file corruption possibility (even though no error message is displayed), I reloaded the admin files from a freshly downloaded copy of ZC 1.5.5.



What are my options here? I would like to get this site off the ground soon, as our show season is starting and I would like to get my products on the website before the first craft show the end of April.

When on your admin page(s), does the URI include https:? Do you have a SSL certificate applicable to your admin's URI path? I've seen this before but trying to remember if it is sessions related or something else...

Do you have any myDebug logs in your logs directory? Feel free to post the contents of your most recent here, but also obscure your admin directory folder name where it is provided.

The dev site is not SSL-enabled, there is no certificate.

As for debug logs, there are logs - the most recent one does not appear to have anything to do with this issue:

Looks like the easy product add-on was causing the problem. I nuked it, and things are working. Prior to that, I tried adding a self-signed certificate (still in place, by the way), however uploads still failed. Looks like the easy uploader was causing my issues all along.
