Keeps logging out during checkout

We just recently upgraded to ZC 1.54 from 1.39. Now very often customers keep getting logged out during checkout, and cannot complete the checkout process. It happens with both new and existing customers, and with several different browsers.

Can anyone help? Thanks.


Linux 3.2.61-grsec-modsign
HTTP Server: Apache
PHP 5.6.19
MySQL 5.6.25-log
Only plugin is CE_manual payment

If you're referring to the list of bugs in v1.5.4, yes, those are all fixed in v1.5.5.
