A product has attributes but add box appears on the product list

i purchased a theme from template monster.

but there is a problem related to the add box.

generally, if a product has attributes, "more" appears on the product list. but even though the product has attributes the add box appears instead of "more".

you can check below image.

first time i can not use "add selected products to cart" because they did not make it.

i know that this is default function in zencart. but i do not know how to do it.

so i asked templatemonster to make it. they called $129. so i paid it.

after they fixed it i found this error.

so i asked them to fix this problem.

they called $80 again.

anyway if i do not get any solution i have to pay to fix this problem.

so my question in this case, which file do i have to check?

how can i solve this problem.

Two words: template monster

You'll need to contact them for support on your purchased template; their code just tends to break built-in Zen Cart functionality.

Template Monster is the worst and they got even worse with their responsive templates.

So they charge $140 for the template itself which are only "eye candy".

$129 to restore stock functions

$80 to fix their already sh*tty coded template that they screwed up.

Do yourself a favor, dispute the $140 and $129 with your credit card company saying "template is not as advertised". Which is 100% true when it comes to them removing core code and advertising it is compatible with said version.

I am sure their are similar or close too templates in the free plugin section that only need minor CSS appearance changes to look the same.
