Testing Verisign G5 with sandbox mode

I'd like to test my server to check if it's ready with 17June shift to SHA256 and Verisign G5.

As the API for sandbox are configured to run in this way, i'd like to test if the server is compatible with the upgrade from Paypal.

But i have a problem.
I have shift my Paypal configuration from live to sandbox mode, and i receive a timeout error

[CURL_ERRORS] => (28) Operation timed out after 60000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

I have seen that Paypal Sandbox is changed from 2-3 years ago... Maybe is there something i have to change in paypal module o in some php file?

Paypal works correctly in live mode, i have this problem only in sandbox mode.

Do you have any idea?

You are using ZenCart 1.3.9h that is over 6 years old
I would say that it is time to upgrade

That symptom is exactly telling you that your server and your old Zen Cart and the old PayPal code in your old Zen Cart are not compatible with PayPal's new requirements.
